An independent, attractive, intelligent, happy, generous and caring lady seeks a gentleman to accompany her through life.
I have a mixture of both eastern and western values alongside more traditional ones. A good sense of humour combined with a bubbly personality & an outgoing nature.
I love nothing better than to spend time with friends and family, especially with my five nephews and my two nieces.
I also enjoy spending time at home just relaxing by watching a film, reading or listening to music. Music is one of the most enjoyable things in life, as it can lighten any mood no matter how bad. I genuinely love all kinds of music except dare I say it - Jazz.
I love films but I must admit having a weakness for Jackie Chan. I can’t believe the risks he takes all in the name of entertainment.
The most memorable book for me is Tuesdays with Morrie.
I do not smoke or drink and have been raised as a vegetarian, alongside the rest of my family.
I am looking to join a new family more as a daughter than a daughter in law.
What I am looking for:
I am looking for a committed relationship with a view to marriage & not for someone who is still unsure. Ideally with a Jat Sikh gentleman from the UK.
Also I would like to have children one day.
As with any relationship the ability to adapt, understand and to be honest with each other is the key to a successful partnership/marriage. I believe that marriage is for life and I want a husband who will stay the course.
A gentleman who treats me with respect, is there for me, who doesn’t worry about what society or the world thinks & someone to hold my hand as we both move forward together in life.
In a nutshell - someone who accepts me for me.
I would like him to be of a similar nature. Other desirable qualities would be that he is easy going, hard working, considerate, has a generous spirit & has a good sense of humour. It is very important to laugh at things no matter how serious or trivial.
Ideally I would like my partner to be a non smoker & a non drinker, also a vegetarian or someone who would consider becoming vegetarian.
Also it would be a bonus if he could cook, even if it’s a bhingi roti. (Not that I have any intentions to chain him to the cooker or sink).
